Bei beiderseitigem Interesse gestalten wir gemeinsam an vereinbartem Ort und Zeit ausdrucksvolle Bilder.
Wir stimmen uns zuvor über dein Aussehen und deine Kleidung ab und besprechen Ziele und Ideen.
Du erhälst - in Relation zur Dauer und Intensität des shootings - eine angemessene Auswahl bearbeiteter* Bilder in elektronischer Form.
Wir haben in der Regel keine gegenseitigen finanziellen Ansprüche. Finanzielle Schieflagen wegen Fahrtkosten, besonderer Ausgaben oder ähnlichem können wir eventuell ausgleichen.
Begleitperson und auch ein Vertrag sind willkommen.
Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, gehe ich davon aus, dass ich gefertigte Aufnahmen für meine Webseiten, Wettbewerbe, Ausstellungen und zur nicht kommerziellen Eigenwerbung in sozialen Netzwerken nutzen darf.
Für Dich ist die Nutzung als Eigenwerbung in eigenen Webseiten und in sozialen Netzwerken vorgesehen. Eine Nennung des Fotografen inkl. Referenz zur Webseite wird als selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt.
*bearbeitet bedeutet nur Bereinigung, kleine Reparaturen und Steigerung des Bildausdrucks, jedoch kein "photoshopping"

If both of us are interested we meet at an arranged place and time to create expressive pictures.
Previously we communicate your look and outfit and talk about objectives and ideas.
You will get - related to duration and intensity of the shooting - an appropriate amount of elaborated* pictures via data-transfer.
Usually there are no financial claims at each other.
Financial imbalances because of travel costs, extraordinary expenses or the like could perhaps be compensated.
An escorting person as well as a contract is welcome.
If nothing else is defined, I assume that I am allowed to use the taken pictures for my websites, contests, exhibitions and non commercial personal advertising in social platforms.
You are allowed to use the pictures for personal advertising on your websites and in social platforms. The placement of the photographer's credits (name and website) is mandatory.
*elaborated only means clearing up, little repairs and enhancement of the expression, but no "photoshopping"
